"Dust everywhere, horrible floors, dirty carpeting, dark and dingy appearance. Bathrobe was old and worn out and no sleepers provided until asked. Only one coat hanger provided. Roberto checked us in and she was very pleasant. Breakfast was good. "

"The location is fantastic for weekend activities. Transport is easy even with parking at the hotel or the train station located just 100m from the front door. Staff are so friendly and helpful from house keeping to front desk. The rooms are a real treat for yourself."

"Bathroom had hairs around the plug holes and a bit of dirt around the wash basin tap. However the staff were polite and helpful at all times. The check-in was a pleasant experience. The penthouse outlook is magnificent looking over the airport with planes landing and taking off. Or on the veranda lounge looking over Sydney in the sunshine. The breakfasts available were yummy. Did not use parking. Staff helped with nearby bus stops."

"Great value for the money. The property is set up with private suites and shared kitchen and laundry. There is a restaurant onsite. Location is great. Next to the shopping mall and lots of coffee shops. About 20 minutes walk from Bondi Beach. We took a bus from the airport. Did not use the shuttle."
