"It wouldve been nice to have extra supplies in the room already rather than have to ask for stuff all the time. Especially over the xmas period. Hand towels should be automatic. It woukd be nice if you provided face washers also. Otherwise everything was lovely. Please update your compendium if you don't provide the contour memory foam pillows any more. "
"Can't fault this hotel at all. Location was great, friendly staff, rooms were perfect, gym opening times and the pool and jacuzzi was amazing. But the best was breakfast, so many options to choose from. Would definitely recommend this hotel. "
"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and clean, good quality linen, very comfortable bed. It is older building, but they maintained well. The location is very close to the shopping centre in Elizabeth St (David Jones and Myer), and restaurants at Burke St. Also has trams right in front of the hotel"
