The hotel is pretty well located ..it was quiet and comfortable. Parking was fine. The intended was a bit sketchy on my phone. Breakfast was the usual fare; yet, nice quality.

Clean room and bathroom, perfect with our small dogs. Very friendly staff!

Wonderful staff / hosts

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. Apart from being just a bit too far from the Beach Club we go to usually, this is a great hotel for families. I will definitely consider returning. Rooms modern and clean. Service exceptional and lovely grounds.

Clean room with charm. Great shower (high pressure). Breakfast was very nice. Has AC. Outdoor seating for breakfast and a small outdoor space in front of the building for sitting in the morning or evening.

This is a fabulous, stylish hotel decorated in beautiful neutral colours but the staff in particular are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. There is no restaurant as such but the breakfast is super and we enjoyed the light lunches they offer. It is rated as a four star hotel but compared to other four stars we have stayed at in Italy, this hotel is far superior. (We also stayed in the last week of the season so the hotel was competitively priced compared to spring and summer).

Great hotel and spa. We stayed for three nights and loved every minute. Far from the hustle and bustle. A great place to slow down and relax. Beautiful location in the hills. Maria at the front desk is wonderful!

The location and views were fantastic. We had an easy 20 min drive to Lucca each day. Perfect mix of peaceful vineyard and olive tree landscape with easy access to Lucca city restaurants and shopping. Owners and staff were wonderful.

Great service is provided by the family that runs this establishment. They helped us with all our needs from the time we arrived to accommodating a late departure so we could enjoy one more day at the beach. The property is one block away from the beach front and promenade with all the retail shops and restaurants. The property is clean. Nicely remolded bathrooms. The breakfast was very good and included scrambled eggs and fresh fruit every morning (not something you find in many European...

The best part of the hotel was the pool and landscape around the hotel. The food at the restaurant was ok. The only downside of our stay was the drunk British man who couldn't find his room and woke us up at 3 am by sticking his head through our bedroom window looking for his girlfriend.
