Room was clean and quiet. Location is directly across from the promenade so it very convenient to the beach and for walking to dinner. Also an excellent place to run. A 10 -15 minute walk from the train station. Trains were an easy connection for Pisa and the Cinque Terra. Short distance from a laundromat and shopping. Breakfast buffet was excellent and they also offered (included, no extra charge) made to order items on a menu. Ate one night in the hotel restaurant and it was very good.

Just had 24 hours to spend in Lucca. It was a great stay, the staff was very helpful from the moment we arrived. Franco, who took us to our room doubles as the hotel bartender at night.
