"We loved our room which was a Jr. Suite. Recently renovated, it was nicely decorated in light tones, and had a wall of glass facing the bay and beach! The lighting worked well, the bathroom was fine, as was the generous amount of storage. The only improvements we would suggest are the soft goods…the pillows were not good, either too small or too large and artificial materials that were not comfortable. The towels were well used and not very achievable. Otherwise we were very happy. Breakfast is good. One other small time, is signage leading from the street for a visitor going to check-in…what is seen is a Casino, gated…not a clear path to the front door."

"Had a nice stay. However the pool was closed so that was a bit disappointing. And the tv remote was broken. It would have been nice to have a smart tv like most hotels do these days and the only two channels we could get were in Spanish. Otherwise everything was fine. Good location close to coffee shops and restaurants"

"Everythring grear except didnt like that they are going cashless - think it has stopped restaurant staff getting tips and rhey are lovely. - food is grand - facillities excellent but a few soft toys for yourger children wouldnt go amiss and think a few tiles etc are chipped or missing on floors and elevators ll seem a bit dated but these are minor things - would definitely recommend - staff are lovely"

"DO NOT STAY HERE! We arrived at 5:15 for the designated 5:00 check in time. The entire office was locked up. We called the phone number 5 times with no answer. Finally, someone came outside and told us that they had sent us info on how to access "after hours" keys. After hours? It was 5:15. The girl told us check in was only from 4-5, despite their own website saying 5. We walked up 3 steep floors to our room, no elevator. The whole stairway reeked of weed. There was a pile of mouse droppings outside the front door. We opened our door to the filthiest place. Clumps of pet hair, dirty linens, unmopped floors, dog pee stains on the couch, etc. We honestly spent an hour finding a new hotel and then left. We never even checked in as the girl said to do it in the morning. I contacted Expedia for help. They also couldn't reach anyone. We went back the next day to tell the hotel front desk what had happened. The girl was very nice and said the manager would reach out. That never happened. It is a non refundable hotel and now I know why. They have zero intention of making it right. "

"Couldn’t reccomend this hotel more! I booked last minute for 2 nights after missing a flight. The whole hotel is incredible. From the staff to the food everything was perfect. I am coeliac and was looked after brilliantly in the restaurant. Will definitely be back!"
