The transfers were very easy, however it is quite far from the main Male airport and takes about 2 hours to get there in total. Food was great, entertainment and staff though the rooms were a bit outdated and could use a remodel - Price per night reflects this though, in comparison to the rest of the Maldives.
My husband and I spent our 5-day honeymoon at the resort and it was just fantastic! We were taken care of the moment we got off our seaplane by our fantastic butler Riyaz, who was always a moment away from anything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and catered to our every needs; we were also grateful to our fellow countrymen Alam and Anamul who gave us tips around the island and even took my husband snorkeling.

Amazing experience at the Westin. From the natural beauty of the island to the excellent service and food we had this one of the best vacations we’ve had to date. All 3 restaurants were superb. Chef Min even made us tandoori chicken and biryani via special order that was amazing. We also did a sea turtle/manta snorkel trip that was unforgettable. Avani Fares gets a 10 out 10 in customer service. All employees new were supper attentive. Room service was done 3 to 4 times out of the day. I would like to recommend this property to anyone that is looking to visit paradise. Resort is super new so all room and buildings reflect that.
With intermittent strong monsoon rains and winds, the water came thru the doors in the common areas. We absolutely loved the food and staff and never thought twice about eating anywhere else. John, our host was absolutely the best! Kind, perceptive and always helpful. Admin was also incredibly responsive via email and ensured that all of our requests and inquiries were promptly addressed. Can’t wait to go back!
Excellent resort for the cost. Quiet, private, quality staff and good food. The only criticism I have is the arrival/departure from the jetty to the seaplane. The resort needs to extend the jetty so one does not have stand on a undulating floating raft in deep sea
I loved my stay at Kiha Beach Hotel. The hotel and beach were actually a lot nicer than I expected. I highly recommend this hotel. I will also put a video of the hotel on youtube so everyone can get a sense of how nice this hotel is from a guest's point of view.
It really is the best hotel on Dharavandhoo. It is the only hotel that is on the Bikini Beach that has an extremely nice beach with soft sand which is ideal for enjoying the weather and water.
