"Apartment had view over gardens and balcony faces west so you get the afternoon and evening sun. Quiet at night but still close to main hotel, restaurants, shops and beach. On main bus route so easy to catch bus to Las Palmas or Mogan and also to the airport. Second time we have stayed at this resort, easy walks along beach front and not too crowded."

"Staff at the hotel were welcoming and courteous. Can’t fault the hotel in any way, spotlessly clean and nice room. It is a bit out of the way so a car is recommended but as a base to get around it is perfect. 5 minutes to the GC1 which links the capital Las Palmas to the sunny resorts and beaches in the south, about a 30 minute drive away. "This is a truly wonderful place. The accommodation was clean and spacious, and the breakfast, which changed every day, was delicious. There was plenty of free parking nearby, and the location was perfect for traveling with a rental car. Also, thanks to the kind host, we felt great every single day. "Casa Pino (formerly Andrea) was spotlessly clean. Lots of warm blankets for the chilly nights. It was nice to chat with other travelers. Location is great. Rooms are located on different floors and may or may not have a window to the exterior. The very vigilant custodian/housekeeper is always around to help out, and chat."

"Basic room but shared toilet and showers always spotless. Friendly staff. Ample cooking facilities if you don’t want to eat out at the many restaurants within easy walking distance, and the rooftop terrace where you can crack open a nice bottle of wine and get to know your fellow guests was a bonus. "The hotel is both imposing and stunning, but sits well amidst beautifully landscaped pools and tropical gardens of swaying palms and parrots in the trees. Best location, close to lots of shopping/restaurants and the beach and dunes. The Unique Club breakfasts were fantastic, but overall the food offering is rather average, but the prices are fairly reasonable for a hotel of this class. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful."
