"This is a Motel and I rate accordingly. For a Motel it was very nice. I noticed a couple issues which I brought to the management's attention and they were addressing it. They are actually in the process of updating and renovating which will really put this in Hotel category. Already the large ceramic tiles in the shower are way above motel grade. The check-in staff was helpful. Breakfast was good, but not great, but for the rate I had hot options (pre-fab eggs, biscuits & gravy) so I cannot complain; definitely better than just a continental breakfast. For a 1-2 night stay it is great place to stopover, and priced affordably. Location on north end of Bend off Hwy 20 was convenient. Once it is fully renovated this will be the Cadillac of Motels!"

"Exactly what I needed. In town to see a show at Hayden Homes amphitheater. The room was comfortable and clean. Check-in was quick. Parked in front of my room in the 1st floor and was able to navigate the area easily. Close to a Walgreens and some fast food restaurants. Good visit to Bend."

"Easy check in . Clean room with laundry , ice and water on site . Nice breakfast . We stayed for 6 nights . The very last night we went outside to watch the beautiful sunset and encountered 3 people hanging out by the exit door . When we went to reenter there was a man and woman still by the door . The woman was very engaging so we stopped to chat a bit . The woman ended up telling us she was happy we came around because the man she had just met and was making her uncomfortable . She said he became sexually aggressive with her . The man never spoke to us but paced around . I told the woman to pack her bike up and we will watch her leave . As soon as this happened the man jumped up and started chasing after her and we ran inside the hotel . We reported the incident to the front desk ."

"Good location. Clean. Spacious Room. Nice firm bed. Not enough bed covers, we wondered what happened to the comforter, the comforter was a white sheet with a thin blanket in between. It was not enough covering so we were cold during the night. Also, in the morning housekeeping started knocking on our door before checkout time and a man actually entered our hotel room after the first housekeeper stopped by thinking we were out before we checked out! It felt very intrusive."
