"This property has a perfect location in Jerusalem. It’s walkable to the main sites and very close to the city rail line. The apartment is really well designed and truly makes the most of its size. We were a family of 5 and felt spacious enough. The downside of the stay was the communication before our arrival. The only thing is the staff is extremely unwelcoming, many of them give the feeling that if you ask something it's a burden for them. Unwilling to service even though this is their job and that's what they are there to do. I love the hotel and the property but I will probably not come back to this hotel and I will choose another of many good hotels in Jerusalem."

"The Kings hotel has great location. At the edge of a quiet neighborhood pretty close to the city center and the old city. My room had a small balcony witg amazing views! The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great and the gym, in spite of being small is well equiped and, no less important, well ventilted and airconditioned. I whole heartedly recommend this hotel."
