"Spent the weekend there on May 15/26. The pools are great and perfectly heated. Not overly crowded like the place nextdoor. The whole family had a great time. Only complaints were the beds in the poolside rooms. They were so firm it felt like wood. I don't remember them being that bad. Also unfortunately my daughter's car was broken into on the last night. We don't think they took anything but everything was gone through. I would park closer to the front of the lobby instead of the back sides of building. Definitely do not leave anything important in your cars."

The pool area was such a highlight, the perfect place to relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy the desert scenery. What really made the stay memorable was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. You can tell a lot of care goes into creating a great experience for guests. Cole Hotel truly became one of the highlights of my Palm Springs trip. I would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, stylish, and unforgettable desert getaway!"

"The place looked clean, and cozy. But needs some upgrade like Definitely need to replace the 2nd floor outside flooring as you could feel some soft spots when walking. The room was great clean and comfy. We got the room with the indoor hotspa and was great but also the floor in the hotspa was chipping as we could feel the pieces as walking. The room toileries definitely need some upgrade for the price of the room. Front staff were awesome, the morning cleaning staff could use some training on how to knock on doors instead of peaking thru the windows when checking to see if the people are still in the room. We didn't get to enjoy the outside pool as it was extremely windy, but did look like fun. Location and parking are easy to access."
