This hotel is nice with many restaurants, big typical casino. It is located at the end of the strip but still walking distance to the main areas. The best thing about New York, New York is that it's cheap! We stayed in a spa suite with a jacuzzi (didn't use it). The room smelled like pot (a lot!), I let the front desk know so I wouldn't be blamed. They immediately offered to move us which we declined, we were all settled in. We had a really good time at Planet Hollywood. We upgraded to a suite and it was better than anticipated. The rooms have been updated! They were very spacious and we had a great view of the strip. My daughter had lost her small wallet at the casino. The security was amazing!! They found the wallet within approximately an hour from the time she lost it. It was a huge relief! One of the custodians had turned it in when they were cleaning. We’d stay again without question!

The valet guy was super rude and mean! He told me “ I’m only being nice because you have your daughter with you.” The two registered receptionist were also rude, they said “ we called you when you were next in line now you have to wait because it’s your fault you didn’t hear”, when we were only tired after driving six hours to get to Vegas and it was 1 o’clock in the morning. Aside from that the property is super luxurious and clean, all the amenities are in line and great condition.
