"Firstly, the hotel itself is exceptionally well designed. The layout, the interiors, the artwork, the pools and lounges, and the overall attention to detail are genuinely impressive. Every element feels thoughtful and beautifully executed, creating a really special atmosphere. When we arrived, we received a fantastic welcome. The reception team greeted us warmly with a glass of sparkling wine, collected our luggage from the car, brought everything to our room, and even took our ski equipment down to the ski room — something we’ve never experienced before. It immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. On our first evening, the service was again outstanding. Your staff were incredibly attentive, and they introduced you to us as the owner. When you kindly came over to our table, I confess I didn’t fully realise who you were in that moment, and I’m a little disappointed in myself — had I known, I would have loved to speak with you properly. From a customer-service perspective, what you’ve created here is extremely impressive, and I would have enjoyed telling you that in person. I run a software business in London, and I would be extremely happy if my customers’ experience was anything close to what we have experienced here. The mountain view is really worth it. The VERY BEST BREAKFAST we have had in a hotel stay as part of the bundled package. Easy bus ride to Innsbruck (hotel gave us passes). Wish we had stayed a few days more."

"I stayed there a week on my own. The room was big enough to host a whole family. It had a beautiful balcony with breathtaking view. The sauna was great. The pool is small but enjoyable. It's easy to start hiking from the hotel or get downtown with a bus. On the flip side - the bathtub is a bit slippery with nothing to hold on to, and check-in is in the late afternoon. "
