"The whole place felt unsafe, gross, reaked of cigarette smoke despite many signs for no smoking. I felt itchy from the room didnt want to sit on the furniture. I would love a refund as I checked out immediately. I was charged for 3 nights. I want a full refund. "

"I was given an "upgrade" from a two-queen room to a king suite with a king bed and a fold-out bed. I was told blankets and pillows would be delivered so the fold-out would be usable, which, by the way, would require moving furniture to do so. I followed up on blankets/pillows three times, and finally, at midnight, I gave up. The "upgrade" was a lie, and I ended up paying over $400 for a space that was, for all intents and purposes, unusable. Add to that the fact that the entire lobby looked like it had been hit by a tornado, and the extremely rude staff. I will definitely not book there again, which is unfortunate because the location is ideal. "

"This hotel smelt horrible. There were druggies outside when we walked in. The windows were unlocked so someone could crawl in if they wanted to. We stayed for about 5mins and then left and found a better hotel. Lost my money but we were not staying there!!!"
