Very clean and well maintained rooms in a great location, can walk to many restaurants and see the sunset. Ivan is very friendly and helpful. He came to greet us because we couldn't find the apartment, we park the car in front of the apartment, make sure to rent a small car to drive through the narrow streets. This is our first time visiting Zadar, so the location is perfect to walk to the harbor, restaurants and local markets.

The staff was wonderful and super friendly. This apartment was everything we needed. Super clean and perfect. Location was excellent. The view was awesome. With big balcony doors. Only negative was checkout is at 10am. I am used to 11am or 12pm. So you don’t feel rushed.
