The stay at the Epiphany villas was amazing. The villa was absolutely gorgeous with with amazing amenities, and amazing pool, the food was fantastic, the service was outstanding, and any questions we had Stella answered very quickly. The app we got to use for pre-ordering breakfast, choosing pillows, finding beaches and restaurants was awesome. I would highly recommend a stay here.
The room and private pool/patio were lovely & comfortable, especially the lounge furniture on the patio. But it was impossible to get to the nice seating area below this and closer to the sea unless you went through your pool. The small complex of 4 rooms is built into the hillside, so you must descend 2 flights of stairs. We are elderly & appreciated the elevator! Excellent breakfast, which is delivered. Small kitchenette with dishes, kettle, microwave. Better signage needed to find this small...
I really have nothing bad to say about Hotel Eleana except the wifi was spotty in the room. Dimitra at the front dest made some suggestions for us that worked out perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend a stay here..
The staff was great the breakfast was perfect. Only bad experience was the fine dinning restaurant was a bit of a tourist trap. I didn’t mind the high prices of the entrées and appetizers especially since everything was tasty but they charged me 14 euro for 4 slices of bread and 5 euro for 1 bottle of water was a bit much. Vivo and George are the proprietors of this hotel. Without a doubt, they are the nicest and hardest working people on the island. The hotel is beautiful and Vivo and George work hard to keep it up to their high standards. The breakfast is fresh-made each day; and, as such, get up early to get the goodies. They are delicious. I really liked the décor and hope to return very soon. While there, I will make certain to pick up more of their olive oil, preserves, and honey.
