"Very relaxing stay, the staff were very accommodating and the room was very nice. We had 2 private onsen baths which were very relaxing however one of them was too cold and I had to adjust the hot water. The parking was relatively simple and staff helped us into the spot and retrieved our bags. The food was great with a lot of seafood options, with some local speciality dessert given to us on a daily basis. It is worth noting that there is no laundry in the area and we had to go down to town to get it done, which was about 15-20 min walk or a 5 min drive."

"原本打算到貓貓溫泉酒店過一晚除浸溫泉外，又可和貓貓一齊開心的過一個晚上但很失望，晚餐是店舖叫的外賣份量很少是普通的定食不能加量而且得幾嚿肉，這點必須要改善。若要和貓貓玩卻原來需要進入另外一間貓房並要付款才可進入，這一點也令人失望！職員是非常的友善有禮，這點是值得讚。性價比不高。"
