"Very quiet location offering stunning views of Souda Bay. So very peaceful. Its remoteness made trips to Chania more challenging
The Staff are very welcoming and accommodating."
"Fabulous location , set in its own grounds so very relaxed . Stella is simply the most wonderful host , very kind , very friendly and very helpful. Our room was and remained spotless , whilst the property is maybe no new , it’s impossible to age as everything was immaculate . Great aircon and decent shower. The pool was brilliant such a tranquil spot . We loved our stay at Reina . Thanks Stella . "
"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Très bonne situation géographique. Seul bémol la piscine qui ferme à 18 h c est trop tôt et si vous pouviez décaler à plus tard le dîner ce serait mieux pour profiter.
Je recommande cet hôtel "
"The hotel is perfect for a beachy, chilled holiday if that’s what you enjoy. The small town has some shops etc which is good and Chania is only a 30 minute drive away along with Souda which are beautiful towns.
Especially the Chania markets! A must go to if you love a bargain!
The hotel could be somewhat more clear on what is included etc. The hotel is amazing so don’t let that put you off but we were told the tourist charge was €10 euro per room, per night, which is correct but we were also charged extra and we’re unsure really what that was for.
Also we have been twice to this hotel, the first time when booking we had the option available to go all inclusive plus but the second time that option wasn’t available until we arrived at the hotel and it was quite steep compared to the first time we visited the hotel and with not much difference to the basic all inclusive package. After all a gin and tonic is a gin and tonic be that from the local gin or branded big name gin.
Overall though, lovely place to stay and the staff are amazing! So helpful and super polite! Will absolutely be back again! "
