We only stayed one night since it was expensive. I was really interested in the Vegan/Raw cooking. We did the 7 course tasting menu. It was spectacular but came with a hefty price. 75 per person was a little more than we think it should have been worth. 50 would have been fair. The rooms are a little humid, the sheets felt damp. Would recommend garden room at minimum. Extra price not much and worth the minimal price difference. Let’s you have a much nicer experience when in the room itself or taking advantage of the spacious terrace or exposed shower. Otherwise you are facing other buildings or parking lots.

Bali with its congestion and litter isn't really all a paradise. The moment you walk into the Trans hotel that changes. This hotel really seems to "get" the customer service/satisfaction piece. Every (and I mean every) person that we encountered over our stay was gracious, helpful and genuinely happy. I stand firmly behind my five stars - this hotel definitely earned them on service alone. The staff memorize your name - not just a few, lots of them remember who you are!
