Hotels in Istanbul City Center

"Upon arrival we were upgraded to a lovely room with a balcony and sea view. Great location minutes from Sultanahmet mosque, Aya Sofia mosque, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and tram stops (Sultanahmet & Çemberlitaş). All the staff were very helpful throughout our stay, especially Ahmet. "

"Excellent boutique hotel in a fantastic location within walking distance Istanbul’s main sights and close to the tram stop if you want to travel further."

"What a lovely boutique hotel, in the heart of Old Sultanahmet. Absolutely fabulous location. A short walk to the Blue Mosque, amidst all the shops and restaurants, and down the road from the Grand Bazaar and super easy metro. The hotel rooms are large, with nice drapes, and wood finishes. The staff are over the top incredible. They are kind, happy, helpful, patient and treat you like family. If I was ever again in Istanbul I would 100% stay here. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Fantastic location in the heart of Sultanahmet. Most of the major attractions are just a few minutes away on foot."

"The friendly staff at the Crowne Plaza made this a restful and comfortable stay for us. Front desk staff proved to be very knowledgeable and made navigating this ancient city a real fun adventure. "

"I like the location. It’s at the heart of Istanbul, walking distance to the blue mosque, grand bazaar and other main attractions. I enjoyed the breakfast with great view of the city. The room was clean and elegant. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here when in Istanbul."

"Great location, just a short walk to Taksim. However, in my opinion, this doesn’t feel like a true five-star hotel. The rooms, service, toiletries, and breakfast were more in line with a four-star hotel. Overall, it’s a good choice if location is your priority"

"It’s a true hidden gem, nice brand new hotel in an excellent location, right in the heart of sultanahmet area, minutes to Hagia-Sophia, Blue Mosque and grand bazaar by walk. The staffs are very helpful and friendly, especially the manager… she is absolutely amazing! We had a stopover in Istanbul on our way back from the US. Since we had four large pieces of luggage, we were upgraded to a larger room to accommodate them."
