Instead of being apologetic and helpful the manager spent a long time arguing with us about how we had purchased the wrong thing and that they couldn’t do anything because it was a computer problem. In the end Expedia reimbursed us for all the meals. Thank you Expedia."

Washbasin drainage needs repair. The fan regulator needs repair. Have to use online apps for auto/cabs, no other options. No lift, though my room was on ground floor, but a temporary dine-in option is on terrace. "
