Beautifully kept property, ideal location. Enjoyed the tranquillity of the area. Limited meal options on the property and definitely need transportation to get around as hotel is way off the beaten track.
It is amazing memory with wonderful scenery. But, there are many tiny ants.
And, we can not enjoy night time at the balcony due to many insects which heading to light.

Very peaceful. Only a few other people there at the time. By the river so there were some bugs and a lot of geckos around. Overall we were satisfied with our stay
Absolutely stunning - definitely one of our very favorite places during our 18 day travels in Thailand!! The accommodations were unique, clean, and comfortable and the setting was simply amazing. The views, the natural spring-fed pool, the activities, the friendliness of the staff, the delicious food - we really can't say enough good things. The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing, the tent cabins, platform swing cots, benches overlooking the river - all made us wish we could stay forever!
Extended our stay in Thailand due to flight scheduling issues and decided to see the bridge on the river Kwai. Hotel we booked based on reviews did not disappoint. Staff up to General Manager were helpful and friendly. Hotel is walking distance to bridge. Room and facilities were very clean and well maintained. Took tour scheduled through hotel and requested a car after to take us to the airport. Everything worked out fine. Car to the airport at the end of the day was a pleasant ride. ...
Very quiet, peaceful and remote place to stay in Kanchanaburi area... Excellent value... Not too high end or fancy, but certainly well above average and perfectly fine accommodations...I highly recommend rRaya Buri
Staying at this hotel was like staying at a private jungle garden. Very peaceful and relaxing. Staff very friendly as well. Such a nice place, was difficult to want to leave for our tours. Was not within walking distance to different restaurants, however a short taxi ride into town. Resort was very good at helping with procuring transportation, which was usually 200 baht one way. Restaurant on site was also very good with plenty of options/variety (very much enjoyed the fried chicken with...
The staff were great. Overall grounds with kayaks were great. I enjoyed the breakfast each day. Perfect items of Thai porridge, eggs, salad, and meat. Shower water pressure was weak. Some towels were clean, but looked dirty. Room needed some renovations. It looked liked someone trashed the room a bit and it needs some curtain rod and wall repairs. Good value for price.
I had a quick terrific stay at this property. About 10 min stroll down to the Bridge over River Kwai. Several reastaurants nearby 2-15 min walks. Rooms are pleasant and modern.
I certainly would stay and the price was very good.
