"The resort seemed understaffed and so the outdoor pool area was poorly maintained. Left cups accumulated by the hot tubs and pool, there were dozens. When it was brought to a staff’s attention, they said they were working alone and couldn’t attend to that at that time. The cups were there for hours. The property itself is beautiful and restaurants were great. But the maintenance of the building by the lake needs attention (rusted and such). The pools and hot tubs also need repair, there was an accumulation of what looked like mold on the tiles. The rooms were wonderful and clean."
