"This is a first time staying at Candlewood Suites-Jackson. It's worth a return trip. The hotel is pet friendly, the staff is incredibly courteous, there are several unexpected amenities including a free laundry, and the hotel is near several great restaurants. It's convenient to several shopping options. And, the space was clean, had a kitchenette, and spacious bathroom! Loved it!"

"I only stayed one night. Travelled with my dog and cat. Staff were pleasant and check-in was quick. They do take a $50 damage deposit, but it was refunded to my credit card before the end of the day after check out. Room was clean and functional. I have no complaints. "

"Staff wasn’t very friendly. Over priced for a crappy hotel. It seemed as if the hotel didn’t have but a handful of clients. I arrived early and was over charged for an early check in fee. That’s really bad bc it wasn’t like they had to go clean the room quickly! The room had a musty odder. Small tv. The sheets were stained. Crappy small bathroom towels. I had to ask for extra pillows bc they only gave two for a king bed. It took about 10 minutes for the water to get hot enough for a shower. I...

"This was just a one nighter on our way to Chattanooga. Wanted a place next to I 75 and a place to just relax after a long drive. Check in was a breeze, keys worked, room was clean, tv remote was there and worked. What more could you ask for. We did use the fitness room and put in a few miles on the bike. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fine. Scrambled eggs, bacon, wonderful biscuits and gravy, coffee 24/7."

"Cold night so Interior entrance kept room warmer. Non carpeted. Usual degrading furnishings. Hot shower. Towels graying and discolored. Firm mattress. Tv worked well. Small room but large bathroom. "

"I think for the price we paid it was very reasonable. There was some slime in the shower that we let them know about but overall the room was pretty clean. It’s a great stop just south of Atlanta when you’re on the way to other places."
