"I can’t speak more highly about this hotel. The views are breathtaking. The rooms are very clean. The grounds are very beautiful and well maintained. The ambiance is very peaceful and lively. The restaurant is superb and very convenient! Probably the best aspect of this hotel is the staff. Excellent customer service. I very much appreciated that many spoke English. Finally, it is reasonably located 35-40 minutes from SAL airport. I would literally fly back to El Salvador just to spend more time at this hotel. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond! If you looking to get away and relax, this is the place to go! "

The hotel’s close proximity to the airport, along with the 24-hour shuttle, made travel seamless, and the on-site restaurant was a convenient bonus. The pool was a perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring."

"If you’re going there to get rest or just relax to just be aware they play music till 2 am everyday. Hardly got any sleep. There is no hot water. Also during the day the club is empty so the employees are just walking around starring at you when you’re in the pool. There is no beach access due to a bunch of rocks. On our last day there, they started playing music at 4:30 am and we can hear them talking loud. It was annoying and frustrating. "

"Terrible is the only word to describe overall hotel including room, staff, food, amenities. The room was filthy, staff was beyond rude and not friendly at all, under construction working at 7am, dirty pool, food was not good. "
