Wry friendly staff !

Absolutely superb. Everything including the room, the staff the breakfast, the location just wow!! Super friendly staff. So welcoming, helpful and most importantly smiling all along. The room was really spacious with a big bathroom. Parking was easy. Breakfast had extensive number of items. It was my best stay in Italy!!

This cute boutique hotel was perfectly located, clean, and lovely. We would stay again on our next visit to Forte dei Marmi

Clean room with charm. Great shower (high pressure). Breakfast was very nice. Has AC. Outdoor seating for breakfast and a small outdoor space in front of the building for sitting in the morning or evening.

The hotel is pretty well located ..it was quiet and comfortable. Parking was fine. The intended was a bit sketchy on my phone. Breakfast was the usual fare; yet, nice quality.

To start communication was prompt and comprehensive. This out of the way hotel with its own private garden is far from the sounds of the city center and just a 2 minute walk from shops and dining. The room was clean and well laid out and the service was first rate. I was concerned about not having cell coverage to connect to their system, however it was not an issue. The staff are welcoming and extremely helpful

Great house for a quiet, relaxing stay, very clean, wonderful friendly staff. Beach is a short drive or a 15 min bicycle ride away. Very peaceful place with a mountain view. The Pietrasanta train station has a free parking, so you can park and take the train to Cinque Terre, La Spezia, or Pisa.

This is a fabulous, stylish hotel decorated in beautiful neutral colours but the staff in particular are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. There is no restaurant as such but the breakfast is super and we enjoyed the light lunches they offer. It is rated as a four star hotel but compared to other four stars we have stayed at in Italy, this hotel is far superior. (We also stayed in the last week of the season so the hotel was competitively priced compared to spring and summer).

We loved staying at this hotel! It was in a great location across from the beach and close to restaurants. Excellent breakfast!

Staff was awesome! Food was excellent! Location was amazing! The only drawback is the rooms need updating to match. Room was certainly clean but bathroom was small and room a bit tight. We only had one night to spend and all three couples enjoyed the too short amount of time immensely. Staff was so friendly and totally on it. Loved everything, beautifully renovated, delicious food at the resto on site!

(We traveled 9 days in Italy during what locals called the "off season" from March 6th to March 17th, 2015). We traveled from the U.S. 88 Miglia was spectacular. The best view in all of La Spezia. The hike to the hotel took us through a nice neighborhood with cool views. The owners were so nice and welcomed us well. We took the local train to Manarola and Riomaggiore in the Cinque Terre area (very close to La Spezia). We would visit 88 Miglia again!
