"I have stayed at many an Ibis but this one was the best. The young people at the front desk were delightful. The room was great - actually there were 3 of us and we got two rooms for what was the price of one in most places. The location was perfect and Rotterdam is a great city. I hope to go back and when I do, I will choose Ibis.
Ah, one more thing - my brother cut himself removing the luggage from the storage locker and again, the front desk staff were great in administering first aid...

RoW was a delightful exoerience. Out of all of the options we found this was the most representative of the history involving Rotterdam's maritime history. The Owner provided phenomenal communication, answering all questions in detail and throughly. She also privided us with an account of the work done on the Wilhemina and scrumptious breakfasts!
Amazing experience! The hotel was very clean and well maintained, with a comfortable and nicely sized room. Everything felt recently renovated and fresh. The location is excellent—definitely one of the best areas to stay.

Every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The front desk staff were all absolutely wonderful- friendly, kind and helpful. One of the front desk staff, Telma, particularly went out of her way to help us and did so with a constant smile while humming a happy tune. Highest possible recommendation for this awesome hotel.
This was probably the nicest hotel in a long trip to Europe. The room was huge and immaculate. It was in short walking distance to a lot of nice sites and places to eat. The bus stop was nearby. Our room even had a jacuzzi bathtub and a large shower. The price was very reasonable, but it might have been low due to covid. One negative was the price and quality of the food at the restaurant. Lots of price for little quality.
The reception area is very well maintained, clean, friendly staff and a welcoming space. Our room was clean, well designed use of pace, very comfortable bed and ideal for a couple of nights. Breakfast choice was great with some hot or cold foods. Location was so good - we walked to the station and main sights. Would recommend this hotel.
We loved our stay here! We were only in Rotterdam for two nights, so the close proximity of this hotel to the metro and all the sights was perfect. It was also close to some good restaurants including a pizza place on the corner that was excellent. Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The staff was so nice, and they were always helpful and willing to chat about the city. My girlfriend and I enjoyed a very nice conversation over wine with two of the night workers. We enjoyed...
Great apartment in the middle of the city. Very modern with fantastic city views. Even parking the car was a fun experience having to drive your car in and out an elevator! The full kitchen and the availability of a washer and dryer was great. Only negative I could find was the fact that the apartment doesn't have AC. Although advertised as having AC they only have a floor cooling system that we had on but didn't cool down the apartment. All things considered, I would definitely stay here again....
