"The staff was so helpful in arranging transportation to/from the airport, and in planning a guided trip to Tikal. One couple in our group said it was the loveliest place she had ever stayed. We appreciated the pool, the hot tub, and the on-site restaurant and bar. This is a perfect place to stay if you are short on time, want to visit Tikal (much closer than Flores itself), and want a lovely place on the lake."

"I paid $314 for 2 night during Easter (high season). It was definitely not worth the amount. The hotel is old and looks like it hasn’t been remodeled in decades. The staff was very nice. Be careful how much you pay for this place. "

"Hice mi reserva y pago por medio de la pagina. Cuando llegue al hotel, me indicaron que no trabajaban con niguna pagina se hoteles y que no tenian mi reserva. Al contactarme con Hotels.com para conentarle el caso me indican que no se pudieron contactar con el establecimiento por lo que no me podian hacer un reembolso. He usado muchas veces Hotels.com y es la primera vez que me pasa esto, lamentablemente una lección de $100 :("
