Beautiful hotel that has everything you would want. The staff were extremely helpful and always willing to go above and beyond. They helped us book tours and call around to local business to answer any questions we may have. Although they do try to reserve spots in front of the hotel, parking can be an issue at night when it becomes busier in the town. I would definitely return and recommend them to others who are visiting the area.
This place was beautiful, the apartments are very spacious and the service was excellent. It's also very close to the Kyllini airport (20 min driving) so it's a very good base to visit Zakynthos island.

We had amazing time at Castelli Hotel. It was the first stop in Greece on our honeymoon. The owner Spiros, Helen and Ireni were so helpful, kind and warm. They truly go out of their way to help their guests, we were overwhelmed by their hospitality. We loved our room with the swim up pool. All of the meals we had were fresh, used local ingredients and super tasty. We loved having breakfast outside with the gorgeous view of the mountains and bay. To be honest, we were a little nervous driving...
Nikos is very kind! The place schedules your check in since there isn’t a 24hr desk. Shellona is affiliated with SanPiero so you can layout on the beach in the chairs in front of the restaurant. Drinks and food service on the beach! Discount on food between 6-8pm. Breakfast included and Waterfront eating 👌
The room and property have great decor and easy access to the beach. Cameo Island is a quick walk away. Also stores close by for groceries!

A reception sign should be posted in the parking area. The taxi dropped us off in the parking lot and it was very confusing to know where the reception was located. Thank you for the complementary bottle wine, soda and water bottles.
The service and staff were exceptional. Staff was always very helpful and kind. Highly recommend staying at the Hotel Contessina when visiting Zakynthos.
To say that Julia Studios is a hidden gem of Zakynthos would be an understatement. It truly is like a home away from home. It's located in a peaceful neighbourhood, so if you are like us and appreciate peace and quietness, you will love it here. The big tourist areas are still close enough, if you want to visit them. Near the apartments are couple of nice restaurants, beaches and few markets. The soul of Julia Studios is the manager Anastasia, who has to be the most happiest and positive person...
