"Our room was clean and the kind size bed was so comfortable after a long trip from Canada. Ruben, Lynn and John at the front desk were very helpful. The breakfast was good with omelettes made to your liking and we loved the hot milk for the delicious coffee. There is a 24 hour pharmacy right next door that also carries a few extras and the beach was just a nice walk. , "

My friend and I (2 women) stayed one night and felt safe and looked after by staff. Our room was large and clean. We felt we were among locals and not in a tourist enclave. The best part was being able to walk to the airport for our morning departure flight with no worries about being there on time due to traffic.
The people are so nice and they help you on everything… I totally recommend this house is awesome and you get to sleep so peacefully. The stay at Wyndham started off bumpy, but Orlando saved the day. First room- the a/c sounded like a high powered vacuum. So Orlando was able to change my room. The rest of the stay was excellent. Staff is helpful. Best mojito in Cartagena is made on the 13th floor. Reasonable menu too. Uber from the Wyndham to any point of interest is most $3-$4 the most. Glad we selected this hotel.
It was very comfortable. Although I had to take a room in the second floor and with multiple beds. I reserved for only one bed. That was very uncomfortable. That is good for groups but not for me that I was traveling alone.
Stay about 3 nights! Very nice neighborhood. The attention of the front staff was great. The place was nice and enjoyed my stayed. No hot water. Breakfast available for about $3 dollars per day. The attention and service provided by the front clerks and cleaning ladies were amazing! They are very attentive and very helpful. The beach or (Malecón) is about 3 blocks. There are plenty of restaurants and bodegas to buy food from.
We really enjoyed our stay, our room was a good size with a king bed that was very comfortable, everything in the bathroom worked perfectly
