"Great location on the edge of Chinatown and next to St Peters Square for the trams and buses. Staff were lovely and friendly. Only thing I will say is the bed was situated up against the wall on one side so whoever was sleeping on that side had to shuffle down the bottom of the bed. Apart from tgat a great pjace to stay. "

"Lovely hotel. We were upgraded to the inner sanctum which was a gorgeous interior room with a projected image of Paris, NY or London to give the feeling of a window - ingenious and really effective. Bed was super comfy and I could have stayed in the shower all day. Breakfast was decent with lovely views over Manchester. Staff all very friendly and attentive. "

"We arrived early but was able to book in straight away. Room clean and quiet considering we are in the city. Car park easy to find and just 1 min walk from hotel. Ideally located for theatres and shopping. Breakfast was superb with an excellent selection of everything. Loved talking to Kayode at breakfast, it was so good to hear that he likes his job. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Would definately stay again."

"All staff were friendly and helpful . All the decor in the hotel is very tasteful and the room was extremely nice. The bath robes were really good and the high end toiletries gave it a luxurious feel. Despite a room being on the corner so facing 2 main roads the room was surprisingly quiet . We had the continental breakfast delivered to our room which came at the precise time and had a great choice with plenty of food.
