We found Union Port Hotel perfect for our needs. We arrived Istanbul a day before boarding our cruise ship. Özen (Ozzie -the night concierge) was the best concierge I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The first night we had a problem with the room, not only did he fix it quickly, but provided us several options and made sure to check on us everytime he saw us and sent some Turkish Delight to our room. A brand new property (4 months old). Very comfortable and well decorated. Staff were very polite and useful offering tea and coffee when we returned to the hotel.
