we were in the family room and had the room with the view on the fjord. We walked around the premises and hotel is right on the city center. There a waterfall you could walk behind 10 min. drive from the hotel. There is also a sightseeing ferry leaving at 9am and returning at 5pm, do not miss.
Breakfast was excellent. Particularly enjoyed the ginger/applejuice drink and the perfectly cooked eggs in the morning. Coffee was good, much better than many places I have stayed. Team was amazing, providing for our needs. Parking was fine outside the property. Overall an excellent experience.
This a charming, beautiful old farm property high on a hill just outside Voss. The staff could not be nicer. Dinner at the restaurant is a "can't miss."
Very scenic property with chateau style building and fantastic views of the lake. Breakfast buffet was great They allowed us to check our bags before and after our stay. Ice water was always available in the lobby. The hotel is right next to the train station & gondola. Front desk was helpful with directions to the gorge & waterfall.
Very helpfull staff, and we followed the suggestion/recomendation to upgrade our room, and got a wonderful room with a seaview for just a little bit more money😀
Breakfast was great. We had to pay for parking but it was convenient and reasonable (and they gave us options for free parking.) we had a balcony room and the view of the lake was amazing. Beds were comfy and we slept great
