"Great location, spacious and clean"

"Excellent location, friendly staff. Had a very pleasant stay but as it was during construction there weren’t any amenities available but you could use the neighbouring hotel. Very clean and lovely modern, spacious room. Would stay again, especially as construction is due to be finished soon."

"The location of the property is excellent, situated on a main road and close to restaurants and shops. There isn’t an elevator but the staff was quick to help us carry our bags up to the second floor. They provided a voucher toward a nice breakfast at the adjoining restaurant. We had a great experience in Jasper. We would stay at the Astoria again!"

"Charming room, comfy beds, beautiful quilts, knowledgeable host"

"Cute place, clean room, well-equipped kitchen—you can prepare meals."

"Location & lake access were perfect!"

"Excellent place to stay close to park"

"The place is good if you want to have an experience in the woods. Lack of WiFi is a problem but other than that it has most of the things for a basic living experience"

"Beautiful cabins in a stunning setting. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant—the food was very good. Don't miss Sunwapta Falls, just a 7-minute walk from the lodge. While the price initially seemed a bit high, it was well worth it. This lodge is a full-service oasis in a remote location and was the perfect stop on our trip from Banff to Jasper. I would definitely recommend it."
