The property is what you would expect for what you are paying for nothing fancy just the basics.. abiut 20 channels and the tv who constantly repeated the same shows for the 5 days i was there.. the sorrounding area is ok to walk during the day but at night i would not recommend overall a very basic stay."

"When I am in Cebu, i ALWAYS stay at Elegant Circle. Cannot beat the location. Only a short walk away to any 5 or 6 public transport lines. Shjops and eateries only a few steps away. Robinson's Mall, less than 5 minutes. Taxis are always available, day or night. Quiet , surprising as its right across multi-lane roundabout that is the Fuente Osmeña. Major government offices are also up and down the avenue. Lots and plots of plus'es. "
