"I had to pay a VND1 million deposit and wait for the hotel staff to inspect the room before the money was returned.
The pool is quite small, and the water did not appear clean.
The hotel only provided tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner for two guests.
At breakfast, my friend and I took a small banh mi and a small croissant to finish on the go. Although the manager saw us leaving and did not say anything at the time, she later instructed a staff member to chase after us and confiscate the food. I understand there may be rules about not taking food out of the restaurant, but the staff’s hostile attitude was very disappointing. We felt extremely humiliated by the experience.
Unfortunately, because of this experience, we will not stay here again."
"We found the room to be much smaller than the images suggested, when we entered the room the towels were in a basket on the bed, which I thought a little odd, however, when we got in the bathroom, we discovered why, there was nowhere to store anything."
"Amazing hotel - upgraded on arrival as well which always helps. The room was cleaned very well every day and the swimming pool was very nice with great views of the city. The staff were also lovely and were very welcoming and hospitable.
