"The hotel is both imposing and stunning, but sits well amidst beautifully landscaped pools and tropical gardens of swaying palms and parrots in the trees. Best location, close to lots of shopping/restaurants and the beach and dunes. The Unique Club breakfasts were fantastic, but overall the food offering is rather average, but the prices are fairly reasonable for a hotel of this class. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful."

"We stayed at the hotel for one week and were overall very pleased with our stay. The location is nice with free shuttle buses to both Playa del Inglès and Maspalomas beach. Clean and quiet rooms with comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Tatiana. We will definately return. "

"Close to the store’s and Beach and taxi. Nice and clean great pool great"

"Arrived before the check in time but we could leave our bags and use the restaurant/ bar etc which was good. Nice big pool, bungalows were nice and the overall area was well kept. We could use the sister hotel across the road which also had a nice pool and was a bit more shelter as there was a storm when I visited! Taxis are nearby as are buses so it's easy to get about. "

The menus were innovative, the rooms spotless and extremely comfortable, the facilities (including pool and Wellness Centre) luxurious; but above all the service levels were the highest we have ever experienced.
