"The staff were incredibly attentive and sensitive to our needs. We stayed here when it was managed by another chain and thought it was wonderful then. It has improved greatly. The location was near excellent public transportion and easy to access parking."

"We loved the location. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Emilio at the front desk demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, care, and attentiveness. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also want to thank the concierge team, especially Anna and Robert (or the gentleman with the longer hair—we unfortunately don’t remember his name). He was also very helpful and made a positive impression on us."
