"Royal Plaza is perfectly located at the top of Orchard Road and adjacent to the MRT. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom had a separate shower and bath tub, and the staff were all super friendly. I have stayed at Royal Plaza numerous times and will definitely be back again!"

"Great week-long stay at the Grand Copthorne. The room had a great view and all of the staff were so kind and helpful. We used the car service from the airport and it was excellent - easy to find our driver and a seamless transition to the hotel. The beds/pillows are on the firmer side. We loved the breakfast - so many delicious options! Try to go early in the morning because it gets busy. The location was fantastic - a 5 minute walk to the Havelock metro station, 10 minutes to the Great World...

The hotel has playground for kids, a very warm and happy mood because many families stay in this hotel."

"we had an amazing stay. the ckeck-in was quick, janet at the reception was very helpful. the location was perfect. close to Singapura Mall, train/subway,bus stops was very near. Lots of restaurants in the area. check-out was just amazing the Manager assisted us in getting a ride. rooms was just the right size for us. bed was comfortable,pillows were great. bathroom was nice. complimentary water was given everyday"
