Amazing

Convenient location, walk to shopping and dining. It is great that they have an in house restaurant, open 24 hrs a day. After a long daytrip, so good to eat before going up to your room to rest. My room was a one bedroom with a small refrigerator. The bathroom was large. The staff was very friendly. Lots of security for safety.

I almost tempted to say it was terrible so people will not discover this beautiful gem but everything was perfect and the host amazing.

I almost didnt book with this facility, based on reviews I had read. I am so glad that I ignored the haters. Compared to my experience, their negative comments are unfounded.

For the first time I really enjoyed an Airbnb because it was very clean and the host was very accommodating and apartment has everything inside you may may need plus its very close to good coffee shops, restaurants and malls

I booked the La Mada Hotel as it was advertised as an airport hotel and decided being close to the airport was a good safe choice for my first four nights in Nairobi, Kenya. The hotel is 10 miles from the airport and their shuttle is $50 which I was not aware of. But once I was able to get an Uber, the cost was KSH1600 (about $14) which took me directly to the hotel. I was very happy when I arrived to the hotel as I went through security and the hotel is located in the middle of a forest. ...

The room was very comfortable and the bed was firm,which is what I need. I was so comfortable that I over slept.

Didn’t like the fact guest had to leave by 10pm or they would charge $35. I come from the USA every six months and we have a lot of laughing up to do and just spending time talking. This was the only problem I had and it will cause me not to stay there again.

Excellent place. Great staff. Polite and helpful. Great attitude. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Very clean. The chef who made us Indian style lentils and veggies for dinner deserves special mention. Naturally we had to pre order as this was not on the standard menu. He prepared Dal-Tadka and Aloo-gobhi. Delicious. Of note, this is not an Indian Restaurant.

Good hotel overall, warm water for the shower and great internet connections which is not always a given in Kenya! The hotel has a Asian theme and if you don't most of the communications throughout the hotel being in Chinese I would definitely would recommend this hotel for a very inexpensive business trip!
