"Great place for a one night stopover, close to airport. Spacious room, clean, comfy bed. Free shuttle to and from the airport, but doesn't run between 2 and 5pm approx. If you take a regular taxi, cost is 20sgd. Staff very helpful, and huge thanks to Ashraf who helped me connect to my eSim. Walk to food hawker centre and Changi beach. I highly recommend this hotel. "Great week-long stay at the Grand Copthorne. The room had a great view and all of the staff were so kind and helpful. We used the car service from the airport and it was excellent - easy to find our driver and a seamless transition to the hotel. The beds/pillows are on the firmer side. We loved the breakfast - so many delicious options! Try to go early in the morning because it gets busy. The location was fantastic - a 5 minute walk to the Havelock metro station, 10 minutes to the Great World...
