"Positive: The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was nice, the elevator worked well, and the hotel was close to sightseeing and shopping. The price was reasonable and it was a good option for a family stay.
Negative / Needs Improvement: The shower room was small, and the drain was blocked. The bathroom faucet was leaking. The beds were somewhat dirty, although the covers were clean. There was also no table or chair in the room."

"Very good, value for money hotel. The hotel is quiet and comfortable with a great breakfast area with views of the city. It is a 2 minute walk to the tram which takes you to Sultanhamet (5 mins) or walking distance to the Grand Bazaar (10 mins or so). It is also 15 minute walk to the metro which can take you all over the city. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again because of the location, price, comfort and the friendliness of the staff. Our stay at Novel Hotel was excellent! My mother and I stayed for 11 nights, and the room, bathroom, and facilities matched the photos perfectly.
