Kent Motel Niagara on the Lake

"The hotel was very nice, clean, and in a great location. The staff is not there 24hrs but worked out a seamless check in that allowed us to check in after hours, as we were coming from eight hours away. I really liked the text message system they had that eliminated needless trips to the front desk or calling on the phone. I REALLY liked that the room had several items for sale in the unit. I absolutely enjoyed to local beers that were stocked in the fridge. There was also wine, water, and snacks for sale. This location was perfect for Niagara-on-The-Lake: only about seven miles away and there was a bike path we rode all the way to the town and Fort George. They had a shed that we were able to store our bikes in, which gave us some piece of mind, even though the neighborhood was very nice. After we checked out and headed to Niagara-on-The-Lake on our bikes, they allowed us to leave our vehicle in their lot until we returned and moved on to our next stop. Great rates compared to others directly in the town and I'd return. Strongly recommend."

"We got a room with tje view of both falls. Generally very nice . Didn’t gave a lot of interaction with staff but the few we had were great. The parking is a bit of scam as it is $100 for valet and 75 for self parking at the hotel. The offsite parking is 45 which is 20 over what they charge at casino across the street. So you drive off the resort and they charge you 20 extra to pay at the hotel!!!"

"This place is awesome if you have kids. Truly a magical couple of days for the wee ones. The thing I liked the most was the relative lack of phones. The resort gives each person a wristband to pay for things and access their room, meaning a very blessed few days with few people tapping and scrolling in my vicinity…seriously, the only people with phones are the ones who just can’t help it and bring plastic pouches so they can scroll while at the waterpark, or anyone who booked a “private cabana” which essentially is just a scrolling zone. It was great to see families having fun together at the many different experiences spread around the hotel. The rooms are good and everything is up to standard. The staff in particular were incredible. Highly recommended for families, especially with kids between 7-12 years old."
