"We are a senior American couple and found that the Family room was an excellent choice for us. The other rooms are very small. The Hotels.com website shows the family room not a regular room. Be advised! Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great."

"We booked as required an accessible room which we were allocated, I did make sure of this by emailing a few days before as the booking was made some months ago. The room was a good size and fully accedsible, we were also able to stream content to the TV and the toiletries provided were Rituals, my wifes favourite! All areas with perhaps the exception of the rooftop pool (which we decided against trying) with the Norda restaurant having a wheelchair ramp The breakfast was excellent and the bar while expensive as standard in Sweden was no more than anywhere else we found. A shout out to Micke the maintenance man for fixing our wheelchair too! Location wise, perfectly placed in the centre near the station. From a wheelchair perspective, cobblestones everywhere outside."
