"We loved everything about our stay at the Owl Hotel. It is a lovely boutique hotel in a great neighborhood. Easy walk to museums including Van Gogh, bars, restaurants, trams and canal cruises. Very lovely courtyard in the back. Breakfast was available though I didn’t eat there. A bar available for a night cap at the end of the day. And all the staff were friendly and helpful. I hope I have the opportunity to stay at the Owl again someday"

"I really liked this hotel. Not very central central of Amsterdam but it is convenient with trams , convenience store and some restaurants near by. Staff was helpful. Room is clean, modern and good size comparing to Amsterdam standards. Also has a nice and calm garden."

"Room was small but tidy and comfortable, and everything was clean and in working order. Breakfast was good and I was glad we added it on! It makes the rest of the day so much easier. The staff was kind of passive aggressive sometimes, but I think that goes along with being Dutch? Rental bikes were great! Location was in a residential area, so lots of places to eat and drink and shop nearby, close to transit, really good all-around. Enjoyed it!"

"This was close to tram stop. Lots of restaurants nearby. We ate at a really good Indonesian restaurant. Close to beautiful park. Have to go to hotel de hallem to check in. Silverware drawer hidden under stove. Comfy bed! Great TV options."

"Easy to find. Very friendly staff with a smile. Very steep staircase in old building, but lift to take bags up and down. Family room was clean and well equipped with large bath and shower. Perfect location to explore the city easily on foot and also tram links. We thoroughly enjoyed the local Sandwich bar and De Italiaan one block away. Lidl also very close."
