"The staff is exceptionally helpful, especially Medi at the front desk. The rooms are clean and free from outside noise. The curtains work perfectly to black out the room at night. The hotel is a good value, even if one is not coming for the automotive scenery, which is also very nice. The three restaurants have something for everyone with good service. Breakfast is a successful combination of German as well as general Western offerings that international customers are accustomed to. "

"Sehr sauber und nun schon einige Male dort gewesen. Kleiner Punkt zur Korrektur, hat aber nichts mit der Qualität des Hotels zu tun, der WLAN Passwort Code auf dem Registrierungspult ist falsch… Würde ich wegnehmen. Im Zimmer hat es Holzwürfel mit richtigem Code und auch einem Barcode."

"We stayed at this hotel in December 2023 to visit the Christmas markets. It was such a great experience we returned again with my son and his girlfriend in December 2024 for the Christmas markets. The hotel has free parking and safe behind the hotel which was easy and felt safe. The welcome from the staff is very welcoming and informative, always looking to help. "Great location close to the city centre. The staff were so helpful and approachable. Really great styling around the whole hotel in the exception area (free hot drinks at certain times was a great bonus) and modern clean rooms. Roof terrace also great with excellent views. Only slight negative was the towels. A bit small and quite rough! Not enough of an issue to reduce my full mark score though. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Booked for visiting Cologne for the Euros to support Scotland. While expensive, giving it was during the Euros it was reasonably priced compared to other similar hotels and suited us. Good for transport options to the City centre. Modern, clean room with comfy bed and hot shower. Staff friendly on booking in. Made for an enjoyable stay. "

"good location about 15 mins walk from City centre. (approx 9 euros by Uber). Choice of restaurants within 10 mins walk. Hotel was quiet- very few guests in late July. Rooms are spread over 6 or 7 floors. Room was comfortable without being spectacular. No fridge or kettle but did have a safe. Shower was small and leaked but OK "
