"객실은 좋지만, 침실에 암막커튼없고 바닥이 나무로 한층 높은곳에 설계되어 방바닥이 따뜻하지않아서인지 잘때 조금 추웠습니다. 객실에 아랫층에서 외국인들이 엄청떠드는소리가 들려서 컴플레인하고싶으나 객실 자체에 전화기가 없어서 말하기갸 곤란해서 직접 가서 얘기해야했습니다. 카운터가 따로없는 호텔이라 여러모로 불편하네요. 신발장 불은 센서가 암때나켜져서 순간순간 놀랬어요. 장점은 잘모르겠습니다."

"This unit was immaculate and beautiful! Everything was exactly like the photos. It’s centrally located in Gangnam. There are two subway stops and a bunch of bus stops close by. There’s an Olive Young down the street and a bunch of restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely come back again!"

"New facility with all amenities you need for a longer stay, including a washer/ dryer. Many convenient stores and cafe/ restaurants nearby. Also close to the subway line making it easy to get around the city. Overall I would recommend this place. "

"우선 에어컨이 잘나와서 시원했습니다. 내부가 아늑하고 조용해서 잠이 잘왔습니다. 어매니티(수건,치약칫솔등)이 잘구비되어있어서 씻을때도 걱정이 없었습니다. 근처에 편의점도 있어서 간식먹는데도 문제가없었습니다. 잘쉬었습니다!"

"Overall had a great stay! I will say the stairs to the loft were a little steeper than I anticipated but I got used to it. I’m 5 feet tall and could stand up in the post with a few inches to spare… the couch was a little too low to the ground for me and I wish there was cable. Other than that it was a good stay! "Great stylish hotel right in the heart of Itaewon. The location is super convenient considering there’s both a 7/11 and a Starbucks across the street. The rooms were clean. Beds were a little stiff but still comfortable after such a long flight! It made me sad I was only laying over in Seoul and wouldn’t have more time to spend. Highly recommend! "
