"Great spot that exceeded my expectations for the price. Super centrally located. Clean, comfortable, well appointed room, if small. Helpful staff helped me organize a half-day trip and gave good restaurant recommendations. Solid breakfast buffet. Most places within the city seem like pretty small family-run guesthouses. This felt like a terrific choice next to them."

Décoration très soignée, personnel serviable, joli rooftop avec vue, excellent petit déjeuner, chambre spacieuse, salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle, tout y est pour un séjour agréable. Franchement une super adresse au cœur du Khiva historique."

"This is an excellent facility to stay. It gives you the feeling of living in an Uzbeck home and not in a hotel. In fact it is a guest house. Very well matined and land lady available 24 hours to help. She takes care of you as a guest by sending fruit plate or a glass of juice when you come back from a day out."
