I loved staying here. Very classic and personal. The hotel is extremely well located in a peatonal plaza and surrounded by high end boutiques and many restaurants.
The hotel is small but beautiful. All the rooms are different in decoration. Loved the restaurant and the staff. Would stay here again.

The hotel is a real find for anyone who neeeds a reasonably priced stay in Geneva. Excellent location, modern and very clean interiors, extremely friendly and helpful staff. In addition,it has sister hotels who complement any kind of service that may not be available on site. Great find. Will stay at Jade whenever in Geneva.
What a fabulous room! It was huge, with completely separate rooms for the toilet and the shower, and fantastically high ceilings, 4 stories up. I felt like a princess in a tower. The lobby was an instant gem, with flowers that imparted a wonderful scent. The clerk was wonderfully helpful in multiple ways.
I stayed here for work and enjoyed it so much that I made a reservation here when my family joined me. The staff was very helpful including with assistance buying online soccer tickets in Zurich. This is an older property but we were very comfortable and enjoyed Le Bistro restaurant. Most importantly the location truly couldn’t be beat! The free 15 tram made getting around so easy. The hotel is an easy walk to Lake Geneva and the old city.
This was a quick 3 night trip to Geneva. What a great location; can walk to the lake from the hotel and make reservations for local activities right at the hotel desk. Did not have anything planned in advance and the staff was very helpful in booking several activities.

Great little hotel < 2 blocks from the train station and easy walking distance to the lake. Neighborhood is fine. Remodeled inside with small but very clean and well-designed rooms. The room was quite comfortable except that it was too warm the first night.
The hotel is conveniently located near the lake and near the historic center. it was a bit of a walk from the train station but we discovered a very convenient tram and Geneva hotels give out transit passes for your stay. Trams can get very crowded.
Nearby is a supermarket Migros and a food court. However it was still hard to find a meal from 5 to 7...
Front desk staff was always very friendly and helpful. Room was large, kitchenette had appropriate supplies, and it was all very clean. We have stayed here 3 times and would definitely stay again.
This hotel was in a great location. Near the train so it was easy to get to from the airport. The 20 bus was nearby to get me to the botanical gardens, the RedCross museum and UN. It was near the bus tour departure point for my tours to Chamonix and Gruyère. Good souvenir shopping and good restaurants. It was a short walk to the lake. The room was tiny but very modern and clean and quiet. The included breakfast had a nice variety of foods. I would definitely stay again.
