"I just spent the day at hotel, and everything was intact. They allowed me to check in early which was a plus. Staff is very attentive. We forgot personal belongings in the room and was able to reach out and plan a return for my items. Thank you again!"

"Good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room a bit tight for 4 people. AC works well. Travel agency in the lobby and they helped us with airport pickup and day trip to Ninh Binh with transportation included."
