"The hotel apartment is in great location. Very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great! The Interlaken OST was a kilometer walk away or you could take a bus. Overall great experience. The only thing that bothered us was the quality of the towels . They very very small and thin. On top of that if we needed more towels for the day they charge you 8 Swiss franks . Coming from US that was quite disappointing. There was also no option of early check in . We arrived at 10 am due to an early flight and we had to wait till 4pm to get our room."

"Our room was on the third floor in the attic, so it was a little warm but with the window open it wasn’t too bad. The elevator only went up to the second floor but it was also small and slow so we didn’t use it. The bathroom was a little small but not awful. Staff was super helpful in giving us information about Interlaken and helping us with the laundry machines. They were super patient and friendly. Very nice people"

"We arrived here for total of three night and two days. I loved how clean and beautiful the area was. Staff was very kind specially John. Breakfast was delicious and ac and a beautiful view when you wake up. We booked the Mountain View with double bed. I cannot recommend this place enough. Only 8 min walk from interlaken west station. They offer you guess pass too which does offer discounted rates for other excursions and bus rides are covered. Definitely recommend"

"Cute hotel, the room was a decent size and the bathroom was large. It had a ceiling fan which was great. The breakfast was good and the location was great for us being close to the Interlaken west station. The only downside was the shower ceiling was sloped because of the roof line and was very short. We made it work though. Overall good experience and would stay there again."
